I want to start by saying, Laura Werb is simply the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time). I must say I love her! I was referred to Laura as I was selling my home in New York and relocating to the Charlotte area. Immediately after speaking with her, I felt very comfortable and at ease as I knew I had a tedious road ahead of me. I saw a home in Charlotte I was interested in purchasing and instead of putting an offer on the home based on what I thought I wanted , she suggested we go look at several homes. At that moment, I knew she was honest, genuine and not in this business for the commission. After seeing several homes, she knew exactly what I wanted my "Forever Home" to be. I found a home online which was not a part of her listing and she went to look at the home for me as I was in New York. After viewing the home virtually, I had the "THIS IS IT" feeling. We put an offer on the home and it was accepted. Laura worked with the sellers realtor on my behalf and stayed with me from the beginning to the end. My feelings of excitement quickly turned to anxiety and fear as I was not able to close on my home in New York as scheduled. Therefore, I was on the verge of losing my "Forever Home" as well as my deposit and other funds. I was a wreck. I had a number of emotions and thoughts I felt at that time. However, Laura assured me everything will be ok. She asked if she could contact my attorney and realtor in New York as I was unable to get answers and it seemed like the closing process stalled. I agreed and needless to say I am happily living in my "Forever Home". She was able to put the fire under them to ensure I did not lose out. She didn't go above and beyond for me because she was getting something extra. I have grown to know that this is who she is. She is very caring and willing to go the extra mile. If you chose her as your realtor, you will not regret your decision. She is definitely one of a kind.
